From the moment families arrive, the campus comes alive with colour, music and conversation. Students and parents proudly wear traditional dress from their home countries. Flags line the pathways. The aroma of international cuisine fills the air. Laughter and applause echo as performances begin. Global Day is a joyful showcase of food, values, traditions and shared experiences that represent the many cultures within our school community.

As an international British school in Dubai, diversity is not simply something we acknowledge. It is something we celebrate and actively learn from. Global Day provides a meaningful opportunity for children to see their own heritage honoured while discovering and appreciating the backgrounds of others.

Cultural Stalls, Performances and Global Experiences

Throughout the day, families host cultural stalls featuring traditional dishes, artefacts and stories from around the world. Students move from country to country, tasting new flavours, learning greetings in different languages and asking thoughtful questions about customs and celebrations.
