In our Sixth Form* (years 12 and 13), we believe that every pupil deserves the best possible pathway for their future.
Our curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire pupils, while also providing them with the platform to enter university or the world of work.
The Aquila School is a candidate school* for the Career Related Programme and Diploma Programme. This school is pursuing authorisation as an IB World School. About learning
Our teachers are highly skilled and experienced, and they are committed to helping each pupil reach their full potential. They use a variety of teaching methods, including inquiry-based learning, problem-solving, and project work. At The Aquila School, we believe that every child is unique and has their own special talents and abilities. Beyond the Classroom
The Aquila School children are provided with many opportunities to develop and thrive.
Learning is not limited to the classroom, but can also take place outdoors or through an educational visit, or a community service project. Lessons are lively, fun and challenging, and provide children with many opportunities to think critically and independently.
