Why Angelman Syndrome kids love to smile

The UAE recently marked Angelman Syndrome Day, and our very Souzie MacKay, mom of Kimia, a Year 4 student at The Aquila School, shared her message about this rare condition in an interview.

Also, while Kimia is non-verbal because of her condition, she made a strong statement of generosity at our Global Day event that took place on the 13th of  February. She donated her hair to cancer patients for the second time.

Kimia is a great role model for our students and we are proud to have her at The Aquila school.
