School organises a unique event to celebrate its achievements with the school community.
The Aquila School, a new international British school located in Dubailand, is proud to have celebrated its first successful year of operation with a unique experience for the whole school community to take part in.
On Thursday 10th October, 330 children and 130 families attended Aquila’s anniversary celebration event, which saw children and adults alike abseiling down the school building, which has been awarded for its architectural excellence.
Some of the parents shared their excitement:
“It was brilliant way to celebrate the school’s first birthday while focusing on amazing learning.” Jovie.
“This is fantastic – my daughter will never forget being able to abseil at school – it is a brilliant thing.” Mr Shadi.
